The MMG New Rochelle Health Center provides outpatient primary care for adults and children (newborn through young adult), as well as obstetrics and gynecology.

There may be circumstances when a hospital is the most safe and appropriate venue for reaching optimal health. In these cases, patients can count on the adjacent Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital to provide outstanding care.

The MMG New Rochelle Health Center also borders another unique part of the medical village: the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) conference center. 

This facility is open and accepting to all social groups for community organization meetings and presentations, especially those pertaining to health education and well-being and community outreach.  

HETI also serves as a job training center, preparing health professionals for changing careers that better serve patients to continually maintain optimal health.

After exit, bear right. Turn right onto East Lincoln Avenue and go 9/10 mile to Webster Avenue.
Turn right on Webster Avenue and go 3/10 mile to Lockwood Avenue. 
Turn left on Lockwood Avenue and go two blocks to Glover Johnson Place.

Option 2:

Take the Connecticut Turnpike S to Exit 16, New England Thruway S (I-95). 
Follow signs to North Avenue. Turn right on North Avenue and go one block to Lockwood Avenue. 
Turn left on Lockwood Avenue and go three blocks to Glover Johnson Place. 
Turn left on Glover Johnson Place.

From the Bronx and New York City

Option 1:

Take Parkways to Robert F. Kennedy (Triboro), Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridges.
Follow signs for New England Thruway, I-95 N and take Exit 16.
Follow signs to North Avenue. Turn right on North Avenue and go one block to Lockwood Avenue.
Turn left on Lockwood Avenue and go three blocks to Glover Johnson Place.
Turn left on Glover Johnson Place.

Option 2:

Turn left on Eastchester Road and go 8/10 mile to North Avenue. 
Turn right on North Avenue and go 9/10 mile to Lockwood Avenue.
Turn right on Lockwood Avenue and go two blocks to Glover Johnson Place.
Turn left on Glover Johnson Place.

Option 4:

Take New England Thruway to Exit 16. Follow signs to North Avenue.
Turn right on North Avenue and go one block to Lockwood Avenue.
Turn left on Lockwood Avenue and go three blocks to Glover Johnson Place.

By Railroad

Take Metro North New Haven Line to New Rochelle.
Upon exiting, walk left to Depot Plaza.
Go right on Memorial Highway. Cross over Memorial Highway at the Union Avenue sign.
Continue right on Memorial Highway. Go one block to Washington Avenue.
Turn left on Washington Avenue to Glover Johnson Place.
Turn right on Glover Johnson Place.

Patient and visitor street parking is available on Guion Place. Visitor parking is also available in the visitors lot located on Lockwood Avenue between VanGuilder Street and Washington Avenue.
