Paying Your Bill

Pay by Phone 

To make a payment by phone, please call Customer Service at 914-365-3754 and ask to make a payment. You will be transferred to our Cashier’s Office for your payment options. Note the office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay in Person

The Cashier’s Office is located on the lobby level of Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital. The office is open Monday – to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay by Mail

Please make check payable to Montefiore New Rochelle. Make sure you include the patient's name and date of birth, or the account number, on the check.
